Aaron Swanson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean Management and Quality Engineering. Currently serving as the Lean Management Leader at Andersen Corporation since December 2012, Aaron is one of only two certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts in the company’s history. Additionally, Aaron is an MBA Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, teaching Operations Management. Previous roles include Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific and in various educational positions within public school districts, where Aaron earned a master teacher designation and an award for excellence in advanced placement teaching. Aaron’s early career includes positions at 3M, Pella Corporation, and significant contributions to process optimization and production efficiency. Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
