Darya Bogovich is an expert methodologist and manager in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Andersen Lab since 2025. Previously, Darya held the position of Managing Director at Zdes i Sejchas Consulting Group and was an Educational Manager at ASBIS from 2018 to 2023, where Darya implemented innovative training methodologies and automated learning processes. Darya also led the multimedia and IT department at the Belarussian State Pedagogical University from 2016 to 2018, facilitating the development of distance and blended courses. Darya earned a degree in Physics and Informatics from the Belarusian State Pedagogical University.
