Andrew Noakes is a Health Safety Wellbeing Strategist with a focus on delivering success through integrated systems in various sectors, including global manufacturing and finance. They currently serve as the Group Risk Safety and Compliance Manager at ANC Delivers and have recently taken on a lecturer role at the University of Wollongong, teaching OHS Risk Management. Their past experience includes significant managerial positions at Holcim Australia & New Zealand and IAG, where they developed and implemented health and safety strategies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering and a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety, both from the University of Wollongong.
