Raj Kumar Singh is a Senior Executive Director in Residential Sales, based in Mumbai, with over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. Their career began as a Sales Executive at Propmart Technologies Ltd., and they spent nearly a decade at JLL, where they became a Senior Vice President and led the firm’s largest residential team. In 2016, Raj co-founded ANAROCK Property Consultants with Mr. Anuj Puri, playing a pivotal role in establishing it as a leading advisory firm in India. Currently, Raj serves as the Regional Director for the Mumbai Residential Business, focusing on revenue planning, digital marketing initiatives, and corporate social responsibility efforts. Raj holds a postgraduate degree from the Welingkar Institute, has completed the Leadership and Change Management program at IIM Ahmedabad, and has contributed significantly to the real estate sector through thought leadership and high-profile initiatives.
