Timothy Feldhausen is a partner at Amundsen Davis LLC, specializing in corporate, finance, and real estate law. With extensive experience as a corporate and transactional attorney, Timothy has a strong focus on areas such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Prior to their current role, Timothy served as a senior counsel at Amundsen Davis and has held various attorney positions at firms including Davis & Kuelthau and McGuireWoods. Additionally, Timothy's background includes service as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, where they also taught history at the U.S. Naval Academy. Timothy obtained a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
