Thomas van Sante is an experienced production engineer currently working at Ampelmann Operations since October 2018. As the owner and director of Van Sante Marine since January 2016, Thomas oversees business operations. Previously, Thomas held the position of project manager at Carlsen Offshore Systems from November 2012 to November 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing bulk handling systems and cement carrier projects, as well as international site visits and control system development. Additionally, Thomas served as a service manager, managing spare parts and scheduling field engineers. Thomas began as a field engineer at Kovako Materials Handling BV from September 2008 to July 2010 and holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
