Julie Hong is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience in diverse roles across various organizations. They served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Amnesty International USA since 2023, following their tenure as National Director of People, Capability, and Culture. Julie has previously held significant positions, including Vice President of People and Culture at Defenders of Wildlife and Director of Talent Management at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School. They earned an MBA from Georgetown University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington.
