Tomáš Trčka is the Managing Director at Ammega Poland, where they have been since 2020. With a strong background in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry, Tomáš has previously held leadership roles at Ammeraal Beltech from 2010 to 2019. They also gained entrepreneurial experience as a franchise owner for neweuropeanstaff in 2006. Tomáš holds an M.B.A. in Executive Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University, which they completed in 2018.
