Pauline Pelletier is a Senior Counsel in Intellectual Property & Litigation at Amgen. Previously, they served as a director in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group and worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. With experience litigating intellectual property disputes in federal court and before various regulatory bodies, Pauline utilizes their background in bioinformatics to aid clients in developing patent portfolios, particularly in emerging markets like cannabinoid therapeutics. They are currently pursuing an M.S. in Biotechnology and a J.D. focused on Intellectual Property Law.
