Kurt Stepke is an Associate Director in Combination Product Development at Amgen, bringing over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry. They have held senior leadership positions in R&D, quality, and regulatory affairs, achieving multimillion-dollar product launches and fostering high-performing teams. Previously, Kurt served as Vice President of Product Development at HemCon Medical Technologies, where they led the successful commercialization of eight products and significantly improved development efficiency. They hold an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kurt is passionate about portfolio leadership and mentoring future leaders in the industry.
