They currently serve as a Senior Quality Assurance Associate at Amgen, where they perform real-time quality oversight for packaging operations and direct compliance with safety standards and SOPs. Previously, Ivana held roles at prominent companies such as Johnson & Johnson Vision, Grifols, and Zoetis Belgium SA, providing expertise in quality systems engineering and assurance. They began their career as a Science Teacher at the Secondary School for Food Science and Technology, instructing students in basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
