Gwen Hochman Stewart is an intellectual property litigation lawyer currently serving as Senior Counsel at Amgen, focusing on complex patent and copyright litigation in the life sciences and technology sectors. Previously, Gwen held positions at Sidley Austin LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they managed all stages of litigation and were part of winning trial teams securing significant damages and defense verdicts. Gwen has also clerked for the Hon. William Alsup at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
