David Caraher is a Non-Executive Director and Strategic Adviser with over 13 years of experience on Irish and international boards, specializing in BioPharma and Biotechnology. With more than 25 years of expertise in designing and implementing tax strategies, David has held key roles including Group Vice President of Tax and Corporate Secretary at Horizon Therapeutics Plc, and Global Head of Tax at PTC Therapeutics. Currently, David serves as a Non-Executive Director for Amgen and Scholar Rock, while also providing strategic advisory services through Caraher Consulting Limited. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
