Jordan Payne Hay serves as Associate Counsel for Employment Law – Americas at American Express Global Business Travel, a position held since June 2023. In addition, Jordan has been actively involved with the Central Maine Human Resource Association since September 2018, holding roles such as President and Vice President/President-Elect, as well as Programming Co-Chair. Jordan also contributes to Auburn Savings as a Director on the Board since February 2023 and is a member of UNION + Co. Previous experience includes serving as Employment Counsel at Wayfair and Associate Attorney at Skelton, Taintor & Abbott. Jordan holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowdoin College, complemented by studies at the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Jordan has experience as a contributing author for The National Law Review and served as Managing Editor for Northeastern Law Review.
