Jennifer Ness is a seasoned professional in financial operations, currently serving as Vice President of Clearing Operations at Ameriprise Financial. They began their career at American Express Financial Advisors as an Operations Manager from 1993 to 2000. After a period as a stay-at-home parent, Jennifer resumed their career in 2015 as Customer Communications Manager at DST Market Services, LLC. They held the role of Director of Client Output Management at Ameriprise Financial from 2017 to 2024 before advancing to Senior Director of Client Output Management. Jennifer earned a degree in English and Psychology from Luther College between 1986 and 1990.
