Susan V. Martinez-Hernandez has over two decades of experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Corporate Manager of the Rapid Response & Outreach Team at AmeriHealth Caritas since April 2019. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Prestige Health Choice, including Director and Manager of Rapid Response, and QI Clinical Specialist, from February 2012 to January 2019.
