Shannon Griffith is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Senior Project Manager at Insight Global for AmeriHealth Caritas from February 2022 to August 2022, and previously held the position of Information Technology Project Manager at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union from April 2021 to February 2022, where oversight of a new online account opening tool was a key responsibility. With a strong background in project management, including significant roles at Sierra7, Inc. supporting the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Beacon Health Options, Shannon has successfully managed large-scale projects, implemented operational processes, and led teams to ensure the achievement of service level agreements.
