Julie Cooke is a Performance Outcomes Consultant in Managed Care at AmeriHealth Caritas, responsible for analyzing performance measures to support clinical program evaluation and developing analytic modeling for evidence-based population health management. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Value Based Care and Clinical Transformation Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, a Provider Contracting Analyst at Humana, and a Provider Performance Improvement Analyst at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield. Julie also held the position of Operational Process Improvement Manager at Unity Health System, where leadership in process improvement initiatives and mentorship of Green Belts was key. Julie's educational background includes a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master’s degree in Quality and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, certifications in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Bachelor of Science in Research and Experimental Psychology from Empire State College.
