Darren Chance possesses over two decades of experience in project and performance management, with a focus on healthcare operations. Since June 2010, Darren has held multiple director-level roles at AmeriHealth Caritas, including Director of Performance Management, Director of Enterprise Operations, Director of Transformation, and Director of the Strategic Management Office. Prior to this, Darren worked at Keystone Mercy Health as a Project Manager and at AmeriHealth Mercy as an IS Project Manager. Additional project management experience includes roles at Tek Systems @ GSK, GlaxoSmithKline, Independence Blue Cross, and various consulting positions. Darren holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Drexel University and a B.S. in Management from Rutgers University - Camden.
