Andrea D. Potts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and network management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Performance & Knowledge Services at AmeriHealth Caritas since 2012, Andrea has played a pivotal role in business transformation and the development of operational initiatives to support organizational growth. Previously, as Corporate Director of Provider Network Management, Andrea successfully led strategic planning and execution for network expansion in new markets. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Provider Relations and Network Management at UnitedHealth Group, where management of provider relationships and the introduction of new health services were key responsibilities. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wilmington University.
