Allison Waller Stewart currently serves as the Government & External Affairs Director for AmeriHealth Caritas in North Carolina, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Stewart held various positions at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare from September 2014 to August 2021, including Director of State Affairs, Director of Communications and Marketing, and Manager of Government Relations. Stewart's earlier experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough from April 2011 to August 2014 and as Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy Analyst at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce between July 2006 and April 2011. Stewart earned a degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Appalachian State University in 2006.
