Shamica "Dear Shamica" Baxter is an experienced Director at America Works, where they have demonstrated a commitment to assisting disadvantaged populations since 2016. Shamica holds a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee State University and previously worked as a Behavioral Youth Counselor at Youth Villages.
