Mario Brown is presently the LGBTQIA+ Biomedical National Partnership Manager at the American Red Cross, where they aim to strengthen relationships with the LGBTQIA+ community in light of recent FDA changes regarding blood donation. Previously, Mario served as the Executive Director of the Northwest Washington Chapter of the American Red Cross, alongside roles as Owner of Mario Christoph Brown and Associates and Campaign Manager for Fred Felleman’s candidacy for the Seattle Port Commission. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Mario has extensive experience in nonprofit administration, public speaking, and business development, having also contributed as the Executive Director of the Washington State Democratic Chairs Organization. Additionally, Mario was an Administrative Assistant for Business Relations at WMEA, where they facilitated business and government relationships from 2010 to 2021.
