Lotte N. Dyrbye, MD, MHPE, is the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Chief Well-Being Officer at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. With over two decades of leadership in national and international organizations, they are dedicated to improving clinician well-being, advancing workforce sustainability, and enhancing health professions education through their extensive research and policy contributions. As a co-developer of the Well-Being Index and an influential figure in academic medicine, Lotte has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and collaborated with numerous national organizations to shape strategies that address the systemic challenges facing healthcare professionals. They continue to actively mentor future leaders while balancing their responsibilities with a role as a primary care physician.
