Mary Nistler has extensive experience in the field of research and evaluation. Mary worked as a Senior Research Associate at Evaluation Management and Training (EMT) Associates from 1995 to 2003. Following that, they joined Learning Point Associates, which is now known as the American Institutes for Research, and has been working there as a Senior Researcher for the past 11 years. Mary'srecent focus has been on conducting multi-phase implementation studies for large education initiatives, utilizing qualitative methods such as interviews and observations.

Mary Nistler pursued their education from 1993 to 1995 at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. During this period, they pursued a Masters degree in Public Policy Administration.
