Susan Abelt is a National Senior Program Consultant for Implementation Science at the American Heart Association, where they emphasize the importance of timely, evidence-based care for cardiac and stroke patients. Currently serving as the Quality and Systems Improvement Director in Wisconsin, they cultivate partnerships with hospital leaders to enhance clinical performance. Previously, Susan worked as a Clinical Outcome Coordinator at Columbia St. Mary's and as a Senior Clinical Exercise Physiologist at UW Health, accumulating extensive experience in health care quality improvement.
