Shane Valentine is a visionary leader dedicated to fostering a workplace culture centered on well-being and health equity. With extensive experience in community impact roles, Shane developed and executed equity-first programs at the American Heart Association, serving under-resourced communities. As the founder and CEO of Alina's Cucina and a former operations manager at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Shane has consistently demonstrated a high emotional intelligence and business acumen. Shane holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University and The University of Arizona Global Campus, respectively. Currently, Shane serves as a manager for School-Based Health Clinics at LifeLong Medical Care.
