Nathan L'Etoile has a diverse background in agricultural conservation and policy. They served as the Assistant Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2009 to 2012 and were the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Forest Alliance between 2015 and 2018. Currently, Nathan is the President of The Brewery at Four Star Farms and a Co-Owner of Four Star Farms, Inc., roles they have held since 2020 and 1995, respectively. Additionally, Nathan has been involved in various leadership positions, including the New England Director for the American Farmland Trust from 2018 to 2023, and they currently serve as the Moderator for the Town of Northfield. They hold degrees in Finance and International Business, alongside a Master’s in Agricultural Policy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
