Jason H. Bresler is the Vice President of Global Commercial Services Compliance at American Express, where they also served as Director and Manager in various compliance roles. Prior to their tenure at American Express, they worked as an Associate/Senior Associate Attorney at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Richard B. Lowe III and as a Legal Intern at the Advertising Self-Regulatory Council in 2007. Jason earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Communication and Media Studies and Political Science from The University of Connecticut, where they are currently studying.
