Aileen Gordon is passionate about driving impactful initiatives and fostering partnerships for heart health advocacy. They served as a Project Coordinator at the American Heart Association from 2019 to 2025 and currently hold the position of Associate Director, Special Projects at the American Diabetes Association since 2025. Aileen has prior experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a server at Bennigan’s and Buca di Beppo, as well as serving as an Office Manager at The Women’s Center of Orlando and a Basketball Coach for Orange County Public Schools. Aileen's educational background includes a degree from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
