Frank Horstman has extensive experience in marine engineering and project management, spanning over two decades. As a Surveyor at the American Bureau of Shipping from September 2013 to January 2024, Frank demonstrated expertise in marine survey and compliance. Prior to that, Frank served as a Senior Project Manager at The Wexford Group from March 2010 to September 2013. Frank's career at American Bureau of Shipping included roles such as Principal Surveyor in Charge at Charleston Port and various engineering and project management positions from January 2005 to February 2010. Additionally, Frank has been a Non Commissioned Officer in the Texas Army National Guard since April 1998. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, awarded between 1998 and 2002.
