Carolina Vasconcellos is a marine engineer and naval architect with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Engineer, Managing Principal at the American Bureau of Shipping since 2025, Carolina was previously the Head of Brazil Plan Approval at RINA from 2020 to 2025. Carolina has also worked as a Naval Architect/Marine Engineer at Bureau Veritas and held senior roles at RBNA Consult and ETP Engenharia, showcasing expertise in vessel maintenance, design, and compliance. Carolina earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2020 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2010.
