With 25 years of experience in strategy, program management, and business development, Bill has previously held key roles at AECOM and CH2M HILL, specializing in the nuclear sector and community relations. Their background includes significant responsibilities in capture management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across various industries, including defense and environmental services. Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Science from the University of Denver.
