Shalom Yatsiv has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as the Learning & Instructional Design Team Lead at Amdocs since August 2003, Shalom has held multiple positions including Learning & Instructional Designer, Business Analyst, and Software Engineering Team Lead. Prior to Amdocs, Shalom worked as a High School Teacher at Ra'ananna High School, teaching Computer Science and Mathematics from September 2002 to August 2003, and contributed as a Perach Tutor from October 2000 to August 2001. Shalom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
