Andrew Keenan is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in ambulance services and clinical operations. Currently serving as the Director of Specialist Operations and Coordination for Complex Care at Ambulance Victoria since August 2017, additional roles have included acting Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Patient Safety and Experience. Prior experience includes positions as a Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology and various roles at Wellington Free Ambulance and Beca, where Andrew was the Director of Business Health Advisory. Previously at Auckland District Health Board, Andrew advanced from Duty Manager to positions focusing on Clinical Safety, Performance, and Innovation, coordinating daily operations at Auckland City Hospital.
