Yuko Araki Prichard is currently the Head of Global Employee Experience and University Talent Acquisition at Amazon, where they focus on inclusive employee experiences. Previously, Yuko served in various leadership roles at AARP, including Vice President of Customer Experience and as a Senior Advisor for Multicultural Insights, driving initiatives that significantly enhanced DE&I efforts and brand equity. They also held a role at Applied Materials, contributing to substantial revenue growth and receiving recognition as Employee of the Year. Yuko is pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
