Roger Prunonosa is currently the EU Head of L&D Experience Design & Change at Amazon Logistics and Amazon Transportation Services. They previously served as an EU L&D Project Manager - Learning Design at Amazon and held various roles in education and training, including Project Academic Advisor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Academic Tutor at IDEAP, Ltd. Roger has a Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Secondary Education from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Biology from Universitat de Girona. They are also pursuing certifications in PRINCE2 and Business Analysis through Learning Tree International.
