Paraschiva Madalina Gheorghita is a Trade Compliance Manager with experience in managing export compliance processes and improving operational efficiency. They have previously worked as a Senior Compliance Associate at Amazon Development Center Romania, where they classified products and trained other associates, and as a Customer Service Representative for Royal Caribbean International while employed at both Xerox and Conduent.
