Omri Shalvi has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in leadership, finance, and operations across several industries. Beginning as a Team Leader at the Israel Ministry of Defense, Omri later excelled in the Management Training Program at Discount Bank, where graduation placed in the top 10 of 35 participants. As Vice President and Head of Sales Ops, responsibilities included managing a ten-person banking/sales team and implementing strategic action plans. Omri served as a Company Commander (Major) in the Israel Defense Forces, mentoring numerous officers and soldiers in national security. Subsequent roles included Director of Finance at Olympia Lighting, where oversight of business operations and financial planning took place. As Operations Manager at Amazon, leadership extended to managing a large team of Area Managers and Associates. Omri holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Risk Management from IDC Herzliya and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
