Jennifer Carvalho has diverse experience in program management, policy analysis, and quality assurance within various organizations, including USAID and the International Baccalaureate. Carvalho directed a program management team at USAID, overseeing a significant $300M+ portfolio across multiple countries and implementing data-driven performance monitoring to enhance strategic decision-making. Prior experience includes quality assurance at SeeqPod, project coordination at the Society for Women's Health Research, and community-based initiatives during a research fellowship in South Africa. In addition, Carvalho served as a Peace Corps volunteer, teaching computer science in Cameroon and developing training programs in China. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from American University and an undergraduate degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently, Carvalho holds the position of Compliance Solutions Manager for Project Kuiper at Amazon.
