James Mathew is an accomplished professional with over 21 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including Machine Learning Data Services, Insurance, and Finance & Accounting. Currently, they lead operations for the Amazon Consumer Robotics Machine Learning Data Services organization in India. Previously, they served as Transformation and Analytics Lead at Genpact, where they directed finance transformation strategies for major clients. James also held senior positions at RRD GO Creative and Mphasis, managing extensive teams and P&L responsibilities.
