Isaiah O Jefferson is the CEO of JANDICOS LLC since May 2016, a startup established in collaboration with his father, which focused on a patented invention. Although the company reached the seed funding stage with $150,000 secured, it faced challenges that prevented further progress. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Isaiah has worked as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon since October 2019, where responsibilities include routing products and coaching new associates. Isaiah holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Bakersfield College and completed a Software Development program at Flatiron School in 2022.
