Dr. Matthias Nussbaum is the Director of Labor & Employment Law EMEA and Associate General Counsel at Amazon, where they have held several roles since 2015. They have also served as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Amazon Pforzheim GmbH since 2021 and have practiced law as an attorney at Kanzlei Dr. Nussbaum since 2004. Dr. Nussbaum began their legal career with clerkships at Baker & McKenzie and White & Case LLP before earning advanced degrees in law from prestigious institutions including Bucerius Law School and the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
