Chris Atkins is a Director of Worldwide Operations Sustainability at Amazon, focusing on developing and executing strategies to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040. Chris has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Amazon, including overseeing fulfillment operations in key markets and launching the first Amazon Fresh site in the Washington, DC, area. Prior to Amazon, Chris worked at Target as a Group Leader and served in the US Army in roles from Staff Officer to Platoon Leader. Chris holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Master's in Sustainability Studies from Harvard University.
