Carlos DeLaGarza served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army from 1994 to 1998 before transitioning to the civilian sector. They held multiple roles at Amazon.com from 2001 to 2010, including Site Leader and Senior Operations Manager, and later became the Director of Transportation at Amazon from 2019 to 2022. Carlos also worked as a Facilities Operations Module Advisor at Saturn from 1998 to 2001. They earned an MBA from Auburn University and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1994. Currently, Carlos serves as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Amazon Logistics.
