Amal Narikodan is currently an MBA candidate at IIM Mumbai, expected to graduate in 2025. Previously, Amal worked for 22 months as an Assistant Manager at JSW Steel and contributed to the Aashman Foundation by onboarding and training over 600 interns. Amal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune, where they engaged in leadership roles within the SAE club and the BCJ-Debate and Dramatics Club. In addition, Amal has taken part in various notable positions, including a student mentor at btribe and a city manager at AmFlex. In their free time, Amal enjoys traveling and playing badminton.
