Alistair Toward is currently the Head of Transport Services at Amazon, where they lead Central Services within the Delivery Service Partner program, focusing on service development and vendor management. Alistair previously held prominent roles such as Head of Quality at Hilti Group and Senior Operations Director at Zumtobel Group, where they achieved significant operational improvements and program leadership. They have extensive experience in complex operational leadership, supply chain management, and product industrialization, having also contributed to major defense projects at BAE Systems. Alistair earned an MSc in Operations Leadership from Lancaster University.
