They currently serve as a Learning Business Partner at Amazon, having previously held roles such as Senior Learning Program Manager. Aisha contributed to learning development at Google as the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Program Manager and has experience in various roles within the London Borough of Lambeth, including HR & OD Administrator and Talent Pathways Manager.
