Venkatraman Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in Public practice, specializing in Audit & Assurance, Tax, Consultancy, and Corporate Governance. They served as a Special Invitee on the Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2020-21 and were co-opted as a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of ICAI for the year 2021-22. Currently, Venkatraman holds positions as a Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committees in multiple organizations, including Amal Ltd, HDFC Life, Tata Coffee, and Eimco Elecon India Limited. Their past roles include significant contributions to CARE Ratings Ltd., where they led the IPO Committee and played a critical role in establishing prudent accounting practices. Venkatraman's educational background includes being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a participant in a program at Harvard Business School.
