Previously, Malcolm held the position of Commercial Director for Airlines in Northern & Western Europe at Amadeus, overseeing sales and customer success with P&L responsibility. Their career includes significant roles at Qantas in revenue management and business readiness, along with various consulting and leadership positions at Amadeus IT Group that drove strategic business value for airline clients. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney.
